Our standard charging structure is based on an initial set-up fee and a monthly usage charge, based on project capital expenditure.
  • We also offer competitive discounts for multiple projects, durations over 2 years and new client introductions
  • The monthly fee includes access to system upgrades and telephone and email support
  • On project completion we can include copies of our Project Explorer CD. Project Explorer is a state of the art archiving system which allows you to access all the archived project information. Click here for more information.

Payment Terms
The initial set-up fee and the first quarterly charge become due on placement of order with subsequent quarterly usage charges invoiced in advance. Payment structure variations can be negotiated.
